It is with great pleasure that we announce that MTSi has been awarded as a participating vendor on state contract ITS75 Category 4. This is a significant achievement for our company and we are proud to have been selected to work with municipalities and state agencies in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
ITS75 is a statewide contract in Massachusetts that provides software and support services to municipalities, state agencies and other related organizations including government agencies in Rhode Island.
By vetting providers in advance, the Operational Services Division (OSD) of Massachusetts makes purchasing easier for government teams. Virtually all municipalities are familiar with the regulations within Chapter 30B. By choosing a vendor on a state contract, government teams can avoid the hassle of creating bid documents and meticulously evaluating responses. All purchasers need to do is to get a Statement of Work (SOW) for purchases in excess of $50,000. This dramatically simplifies the procurement process and speeds implementation of new projects.
MTSi is authorized to provide services including technical design, implementation, integration, installation, configuration, customization, training, documentation, maintenance, support, and cloud migration and monitoring.

- Installation and support for Microsoft servers, workstations or M365.
- Installation and support for VMware.
- Implementation of Multi-factor Authentication (Cisco DUO) or DNS Filtering (Cisco Umbrella).
- System backup (Veeam) and auditing (Manage Engine).
